• Silver - One technician onsite annually for one day of audit and one day of PM or refresher operator training.

• Gold - One technician onsite semi-annually for one day of audit and one day of PM or refresher operator training.

• Platinum - One technician onsite quarterly for one day of audit and one day of PM or refresher operator training.

• Custom - Fully customized agreement to meet the specific needs of the customer.

• Remote 40 and 60 - Annual package of Remote Diagnostics, usable in 30 minute increments. Both 40 hour or 60 hour packages are available.

Expanded Program benefits include discount on parts and labor for repair service on covered equipment.

Multi-Year Commitment Discount saves on cost of the program and locks in the labor rates for repair service on covered equipment.
