Nautilus® Requires Minimal Floor Space - The Nautilus® design is compact, efficient and flexible. It can be easily incorporated into new production lines or retrofit on existing lines. The patented design has no voids in the accumulation area. This allows companies to maximize accumulation in a compact production footprint.
Nautilus® Maintains Product Orientation - Products are kept in a single file and line pressure is controlled. There is no skewing or twisting of containers - even non-round packages. This ensures that products are presented to labelers, decorators, coders, packers and inspection systems properly minimizing scrap or re-work. All accumulation occurs on the same plane - eliminating product slippage on inclines or declines. Nautilus® is Flexible - The Nautilus® System is available in several standard configurations to provide varying accumulation lengths. The modular design of Nautilus® allows Arrowhead to create custom configurations to accommodate unusual production requirements or space constraints. Systems are available in both painted; mild steel or stainless steel - even for use in washdown environments.
