Dear Valued Customer:
Arrowhead Systems, Inc, parent company of Busse/SJI and Arrowhead Conveyor, is proud to announce the formation of a new company that will be taking care of all of your customer service and parts needs in addition to new offerings. This new company, A & B Engineering Services LLC, is an affiliate of Arrowhead Systems, Inc. and as of January 1, 2007, will be handling all parts and service orders for Busse/SJI and Arrowhead Conveyor as well as providing upgrade kits for competitors’ equipment.
Why? Many of our customers have requested it. A & B Engineering Services LLC will be offering new parts, services, engineering, and upgrades for your existing equipment manufactured by Arrowhead, Busse or SJI as well as similar equipment manufactured by others. Our other companies (Busse, SJI and Arrowhead Conveyor) have had great success on modifying and performing upgrades to our equipment and others. A & B Engineering Services LLC will unify these efforts under one roof and expand the offerings.
When? A & B Engineering Services was established as of January 1, 2007. Its charter will be to take care of customer needs to improve their productivity. Although Arrowhead Systems’ companies will funnel all their parts and service orders through this new venture, the process will be seamless to you (the customer). If you have equipment manufactured by one of our companies you can contact your OEM directly or call A & B Engineering Services LLC. If your equipment is out of warranty or companies of Arrowhead Systems are not your OEM then you can contact A&B directly. Over the next few weeks our staff will be in contact with you to set up the new organization as one of your vendors.
What is to follow? Over the next few weeks and during upcoming months you will receive bulletins announcing new offerings from A & B Engineering Services LLC. These offerings are based on requests we have had so far. We are asking you, our customers, to let us know what you would like to see from this type of organization. Again, the organization’s charter is to make you, the customer, more productive. We need your help to achieve our goal.
