Tampa, Florida – March 30, 2007 – Arrowhead Conveyor Corporation announces the acquisition of the NeXtconveyor assets and intellectual property located in Tampa, Florida. NeXtconveyor offers a remarkable, patented conveyor design for the sanitary market. This patented design allows for labor savings, and utilizes a unique open structure to enable end users to easily clean and sanitize the conveyors. The patented design is used in various markets including; dairy, meat, fish, frozen confection, bakery, poultry and pharmaceutical.
The addition of the sanitary design will be a strategic fit to Arrowhead Conveyor. We are excited about expanding our conveyor product line into the sanitary design market.
