The Flexible Case Rotating System for Multiple Sized Cases Integrates into any Case Handling System -

The Priority One Double Belt Case Turner rotates cases using two smooth operating, constant speed drives to generate the required rotation.

In standard configurations, the system is capable of providing 90 degree rotation of cases or trays to orient the packages for downstream handling. The system can also be equipped with variable mechanical speed drives or programmable control systems to handle a variety of case sizes and production speeds. These systems allow smooth and easy changeover for lines handling a variety of diverse products.The system is available to suit customer specified power supply requirements.

The standard size module is illustrated at right. Specifications are available for larger systems for oversized containers and 180 degree rotation.
