Pro-Pal^® Pail Palletizer

The Pro-Pal^® Low Level Palletizer from Priority One offers many features which make it both versatile and dependable. By low level, we mean that the pallet remains at floor level, in front of the machine throughout the loading process. Low noise and smooth operation, accident preventative guarding, and remarkable ease of maintenance are just a few of the many benefits of the system.

The Priority One Pail Palletizer makes extensive use of hollow bore drive units. This type of power transmission reduces unnecessary wear of critical bearings and guides by eliminating drive line backlash on stop/starts or forward/reverse movements. It also eliminates unnecessary sprocket/chain tensioning devices for easy maintenance.

The mainframe of the Pro-Pal^® Low Level Palletizer is constructed of 1/4" steel plate. The machine features a positive rack and pinion arm design to ensure the accurate pick-up and placement of pails, a heavy-duty gripper head built to withstand constant operation on a three shift basis, and a complete PLC control system. Ruggedly constructed pail and pallet conveyor components, complete with separate drive systems, assure accurate zoning for increased accumulation efficiency.
