Vertical "Humpback" Headspace Sterilizer

Add a Vertical "Humpback" Headspace Sterilizer between the capper and cooler on your hot fill line. The system sterilizes and seals the closures of hot-filled containers, and features grippers which securely hold each container in place.

The hot-filled containers are gripped, tilted and inverted as they travel the vertical equipment. The system maintains the container's inverted position until the hot liquid has enough time to sterilize and seal the headspace or cap area of the closure. When the sterilization process is complete, the system returns the containers to the upright position.
